We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Free standard ground shipping on qualifying orders over $99 within the contiguous US (standard-size parcels; oversize and freight items are excluded). Other orders are rated live at checkout.
A 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, premature failure, and sealing issues. Covered claims are repaired or replaced (the warranty covers replacement, not a cash refund).
File at 4x4rockcats.com/warranty-claim (or email warranty@4x4rockcats.com) with your SKU, order number, photos of the issue, and a short description. Every claim is reviewed by a human, usually within 1 business day. Get an RMA before sending anything back.
No. The warranty stays with the original purchaser and can't be transferred to a new owner if the product is resold. Registering your unit makes any future claim faster, but coverage doesn't require it.
Yes — 30-day fitment return as long as the product is uninstalled and in its original packaging.
Email hello@4x4rockcats.com with your order number and reason. For a change-of-mind or fitment return you cover return shipping; if the item is defective or we shipped the wrong thing, we send a prepaid label. Refunds post within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
Yes. Approved dealer accounts get volume pricing, quote support, and PO-friendly terms. Apply through the dealer track.
