Every order ships from our Pennsauken, NJ warehouse. Standard shipping is free on orders $99 and up.
Orders placed Monday through Friday ship within 24 hours from our warehouse in Pennsauken, NJ. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Standard ground shipping is free on qualifying orders of $99 or more to the contiguous United States. “Qualifying” means a standard-size parcel — under 25 lb, longest side under 36″, with no oversize or freight item. Oversize and freight items (below) are excluded.
We ship via USPS and UPS. Carrier is selected based on package weight and destination to get your order there as quickly and reliably as possible.
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime at /track-order.
We currently ship to the continental United States only. PO Boxes are not available for oversized items. Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are not available at this time.
Large or heavy items — over 70 lb, or items that must ship as freight — are quoted manually. We email a freight quote within one business day, and your card isn’t charged until you accept it.
