- Order number
- Photos of the installed product and the issue
- Description of the problem and when it started
- Voltage or multimeter readings (if the issue is electrical)

What happens next.
1. We reviewEvery claim is reviewed by a human within 2 business days.
2. Replacement shipsIf approved, a replacement ships the same week.
3. Return if neededThe original product may need to be returned. We’ll provide a label.
