All 4x4 Rockcats products carry a 3-year full warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects, premature failure, and sealing issues — the kinds of problems that happen because of how the product was built, not how it was used.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Typical failures we cover:
If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, 4x4 Rockcats will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
Submit at 4x4rockcats.com/warranty-claim using our RMA system. You’ll need your order number or product serial, the install date, a short description of the issue, and 3–6 photos (or a short video clip if it’s a flicker / strobe issue). Every claim gets reviewed by a real person within one business day — no automated denials.
If approved, we’ll issue your RMA number, repair or replace the product at our discretion, and ship the replacement from our Pennsauken, NJ warehouse within 24 hours. The defective unit comes back to us on a prepaid label once you have the RMA.

The warranty is non-transferable. Coverage stays with the original purchaser and is tied to the email used at registration. If you sell your vehicle or the product, the warranty does not carry over to the new owner.
