We collect what we need to ship your order and support the product. We use a small set of advertising and analytics tools (Meta and Google) to measure and improve our marketing, and you can opt out of that data sharing any time via Your Privacy Choices.
To measure our advertising and reach people who might like our products, we use Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google advertising and analytics tools. Through these tools we share limited information — such as a hashed (scrambled) version of your email, your IP address, and the products and order value of a purchase — so the ad platforms can attribute conversions and build audiences. Under some state privacy laws this counts as “sharing” for advertising.
You control this. Use Your Privacy Choices to opt out, and we automatically honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals. We never put sensitive information (such as precise location or any health data) into advertising tools, and we do not sell your personal information for money.
We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate the business. Each is bound to use your information only for the purposes we authorize, and each has its own privacy policy.
We sell only to the contiguous United States (CONUS). To fulfill your order, order fulfillment data — including your ship-to information, such as recipient name and shipping address — is transmitted to our ERP provider, Lingxin, and may be stored or accessed in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and other jurisdictions for fulfillment. We use contractual safeguards with Lingxin and limit the information transferred to what is necessary to support fulfillment.
Email privacy@4x4rockcats.com to access the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, or request deletion (subject to records we must keep for tax, accounting, or legal-defense purposes). We respond to verifiable requests within 45 days.
You can opt out of the sharing of your personal information for advertising at any time using the Your Privacy Choices link (also in the footer of every page). We honor Global Privacy Control signals automatically, so if your browser sends GPC we treat it as an opt-out without any further action from you. To exercise access, correction, or deletion rights, see Privacy rights requests.
This privacy policy is updated as needed. Effective June 24, 2026.
