If it doesn’t work for your build, send it back within 30 days for a full refund.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return a product. It must be uninstalled, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. There’s no restocking fee on items returned uninstalled and in original packaging within the window; opened or used returns may carry a 15% restocking fee, and oversize or freight items are subject to the actual return freight cost.
Email hello@4x4rockcats.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we’ll reply with an RMA and instructions. For a change-of-mind or fitment return, you cover return shipping. If the item is defective, arrived damaged, or we shipped the wrong thing, we send a prepaid label and cover the return.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product, back to your original payment method. Original outbound shipping isn’t refunded on change-of-mind or fitment returns.
Contact us at hello@4x4rockcats.com to arrange an exchange. The simplest path is to return the original item (standard return terms above) and place a new order for the replacement, which ships under our normal shipping terms.
Custom or special-order items and clearance items are final sale. If you have questions about whether your order qualifies for a return, email us before shipping anything back.
